Terms & conditions

  • Binding Agreement: The terms of this agreement below is a legal binding agreement/contract between you (the client) and Executive Experience LLC (the company). Please read and view the terms and conditions carefully before using the service. Your use of the service means that you agree to the terms. 

  • Confirmation: Once you have made your reservation you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. If you notice any error(s) in your reservation please reach out promptly so the proper changes can be made.

  • Last Minute Reservations: Made within 3 hours of pick-up time is subject to a $100.00 additional short notice charge. 

  • Waiting time: Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period. Once the driver has a wait time exceeding over 15 minutes per pick up there will be a $15.00 additional charge for wait per 15 minute. When making your reservation please factor in possible wait time for luggage and or other delays to avoid additional charges. 

  • Rates: As displayed there are no hidden fees, extra charges, or gratuity added. However, gratuity is greatly appreciated.

  •  Payment: All reservations are to be paid in full at the time of booking 

  • Credit card information security: We do not keep any credit card information on file. We use a secure credit card gateway to process all credit card payments. 

  • Excess cleaning fee and vehicle damage: If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to perform an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), the company, at its discretion, will charge clients additional fees to cover such expenses. The minimum clean up fee is $250. Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. The fee is subject to market pricing equallying the total cost to repair the reported damage. In the unforeseeable event of any damage the client will receive pictures of the damage and once the company obtains the estimated cost for repair. The client will then receive an email of the repair cost and later be billed. 

  • Cancellations: Clients will receive a full refund for reservations canceled 7 days prior to pick up date. Any cancellations made after the 7th day leading up to the reservation date will be charged 50% of the reservation total. However cancellations made 72 hours or less will be responsible for the full amount in its entirety of the reservation total. 

  • Smoking: Is prohibited in the vehicles there will be a $1,000.00 inconvenience and cleaning fee added to clients invoice.

  •  Tolls: Clients will be fully responsible for the total tolls cost accumulated during the transport.
