Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

The terms of this agreement below constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Executive Experience LLC (the company). By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Once your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. If you notice any errors in your booking details, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary corrections. Reservations made within 1 hour of pick-up time are subject to a $100 short-notice charge.

Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If the driver waits more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, a $15 charge per additional 15 minutes will apply. Please consider potential luggage or other delays when making your reservation to avoid extra charges.

Rates are as displayed — with no hidden fees or automatic gratuity added. Gratuity is not mandatory but is greatly appreciated. All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. We use a secure credit card gateway to process payments and do not store credit card information.

Clients will be charged if extended cleaning is required due to their actions or their passengers (e.g., food & drink spills, vomiting, smoking, excessive trash). The minimum cleanup fee is $250. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their passengers will be billed at full repair cost. Photos and a repair estimate will be shared before billing.

Cancellations made 6 days prior to pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 6th day will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the reservation time will be charged the full amount.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A $1,000 inconvenience and cleaning fee will be added to the client’s invoice if violated.

The company is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of its control (e.g., traffic, weather, or airline delays). Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate to avoid service disruptions.
