Rental Terms & Conditions
This Vehicle Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Executive Experience LLC (“Owner”) and the renter (“Renter”). Both parties agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. By booking and using our rental service, the renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
The renter must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid, non-expired driver’s license and proof of active insurance. All documents must be verified before a reservation is accepted. Additional drivers are permitted with a $50.00 fee per driver. Only the listed driver may pick up and return the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned by anyone other than the listed driver, the deposit will be forfeited.
The vehicle rental daily rate is subject to change before a reservation is confirmed, at the company’s discretion. If delivery is requested, a $50.00 delivery fee applies for distances up to 15 miles from the pickup/drop-off location. Each additional mile is charged at $1.50. The mileage limit for premium vehicles is 150 miles per day, with a $0.50 per mile fee for excess mileage. For exclusive vehicles, the mileage limit is 100 miles per day, with a $1.50 per mile fee for excess mileage.
The full retail value of the vehicle as of the reservation date will be used for incidental purposes. A refundable security deposit is required — $400 for premium vehicles and $800 for exclusive vehicles. This deposit will be refunded if the vehicle is returned without new damage or extra charges.
The rental period begins at the reservation start time and ends at the agreed return time. Tolls and traffic citations must be paid immediately by the renter. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 inconvenience fee. Photos will be taken by both parties before and after each rental.
The vehicle must be returned with at least the same fuel level it was picked up with. If not, the renter will be charged $4.50 per gallon to refuel the vehicle. The renter is responsible for theft, damage, loss, or destruction of the vehicle while in their possession, including scratches, dents, interior damage, or any other harm.
If the vehicle is returned late, the renter will be charged the daily rental rate plus a $75.00 late fee for each day beyond the scheduled return. Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the return time to avoid these charges.
A $500.00 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected in the vehicle. Evidence includes burns, ashes, lingering smoke odor, or other signs. Proof will be provided before any charges are applied to the deposit or invoice.
Insurance coverage is mandatory, and proof must be provided before pickup. The renter agrees to be the sole operator of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed. The vehicle must be used carefully and according to the manufacturer’s intended use.
In case of a dispute, the successful party will be entitled to legal fees, including attorney’s fees and collection costs. This Agreement is legally binding and governed by the laws of the state in which the reservation is made.
In the event of an accident or collision, the renter must first contact local authorities and file a police report. Once safe, the renter must notify the company via email and include date, time, location, photos of the damage, ID and insurance of involved parties, and license plate numbers.
For lost and found items, renters must contact the company via email. If items are located, the renter is responsible for shipping costs and a $25.00 inconvenience fee.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties. By proceeding with the reservation, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.
Premium Vehicle Deposit: $400.00
Exclusive Vehicle Deposit: $800.00

Excess Mileage: $0.50 (Premium) / $1.50 (Exclusive) per mile

Smoking Fee: $500.00
Toll Violation Fee: $75.00
